With the aim of generating a positive impact on Society, S.T.A.F. S.p.A. has embarked on a path toward gender equality, culminating in the attainment of certification under UNI/PdR 125:2022. Many training and informational sessions have been organized to raise awareness and stimulate a more inclusive culture. In addition new policies have been formalized with the aim of overcoming the gender gap and trainings dedicated to inclusive, digital and strategic leadership have been implemented, with coaching activities aimed at developing and improving individual skills.
